Jordan & Sweden: Never Threaten, Never Boast

Jordan threatened to shred the Peace Treaty

Over the Temple Mount issue.

Message behind this threat: Israel will be more or less left alone by Arab nations, as long as Jews can't visit and pray in the Mount where Adonai's Temple, built by King Solomon, once stood.
The Hashemite Kingdom should know better.

Jordan accuses Israel of breaching the treaty but what about Jordan's violation of the agreement when it engaged in hostile propaganda against Israel? Recently, Jordan announced that it would never recognise Israel despite having done so in 1994, upon the signature of the Peace Treaty - what's this if not propaganda intended to promote Arab hostility and distract "Palestinians" holding Jordanian passport? In part, Jordan's officials helped to fuel the violence in Jerusalem.

This kingdom's economy "is supported by foreign loans, international aid, and remittances from expatriate workers." (source: here); what it produces (clothing [in cooperation with Israel], fertilizers, potash, phosphate mining, pharmaceuticals, petroleum refining, cement, inorganic chemicals, light manufacturing, tourism) is not enough to keep its balance of payments positive; it has high unemployment rates (almost 50% among females) and its gas needs are to be supplied by Israel. This is not a strong and healthy country when compared to its Zionist neighbour; but it could still do some damage by instigating its Arab brothers against the Jewish State - as it did once upon a time.
1948, 1967, 1973...should've taught Jordan a useful lesson (and back then the Royal Family was not in as much peril as it is today).

Jordan cannot afford to shred its peaceful relations with Israel: someone should remind it to the grandson of Talal I bin Abdullah.

Sweden: the Maleficent

Sweden boasted the recognition of a chimera: the State of Palestine. Good for them: feeding a dream that will not come true, at least not in the Arab terms.

Why did Sweden make such a move now (I will refrain from commenting the emotional response by the Swedish FM to her Israeli counterpart, Avigdor Lieberman, that only proved the Israeli point about the whole issue) and not when Israel and Fatah/PLO were still talking - if indeed their intention was to advance peace? The Swedish decision may seem to have supported Mahmoud Abbas and his unity government; but, in truth, what it has done is to harden their position and fuel what looks more and more like an Intifada in Jerusalem.

In sum, in order to keep their Muslims quiet, Sweden and other countries chase windmills.
Question: if European Muslims' votes can only be bought out with Middle East political issues and not with better living conditions and jobs in the European Union, what are they doing in Europe exactly?
