And on this Hanukkah we say...Enough!

Tonight, the first Hanukkah candle will be lit.

The festival of lights is a time to reflect and be grateful. We are grateful for all the miracles in our life (in spite of those who pray for our downfall, we continue to thrive with the help of God) and we reflect about our place in this world.

I don't hide that I'm a pro-Israel activist and I'm extremely proud of being so. I decided to be absolutely open about it because the way the world has been set on bullying Israel is not only shameful but mainly beneath any rational human being.

Many have explained this renewed phenomenon: under the flag of anti-Zionism, of anti-Israel sentiment, the world once again expresses its anti-Semitism. Are they right? Perhaps but I don't even care any longer because, in my opinion, we have been giving too much attention to anti-Semites. We have wasted too much time explaining and justifying ourselves, apologising for our existence, and bending over to the world. Basta! We have a country now and we'll do whatever to keep it safe.

די/Enough
No more explanations. No more apologies. No more humbling down to the world. Israel is a sovereign country and, the time has come for it to declare that it will no longer accept to be bullied by the UN, the EU and the Arab League.

The world does not have the right to have a vision when it comes to the Jewish State – Enough.
The world does not have the right to evoke the international law when discussing Israel, (particularly when it allows Russia, China, North Korea, Syria and others to violate it in a crude fashion) – Enough.

Israel will no longer accept to be a punching bag for the Ummah's self-gratification – Enough. Am Yisrael shall no longer accept to be the world's scapegoat – Enough.

As the People of Israel light the first candle, tonight, they should remember that the fight is just getting started. They should also recall that as the Maccabees fought to regain control of Jerusalem; as the brave IDF soldiers fought to regain control of Jerusalem in 1967; so must all of us now fight to regain control of the Jewish Capital (at all levels).

The Jewish Left was shocked and offended, during Operation Protective Edge, when right wingers called them traitors – and other less attractive epithets. However, I'm actually surprised they are not shocked when the Arabs (they love so much) incite to kill their brothers, themselves and their children. Yes, I know they will repeat that the incitement is rooted in the “occupation” and if only Arabs in Palestine could have that particular piece of land, then all the hatred would dissipate – I would take a minute to remind those leftists that 6,000,000 Jews died in Europe, during the WWII, because leftist/naive Jews convinced most in the community that Hitler would never dare to annihilate them since the incitement would stop the minute they'd integrate and show how good Jews could be. The signs were all there and yet they refuse to see and act – the signs are all there now and history seems to want to repeat itself.

Enough of leftist maleficent naivete.

President Obama: remember...

Last Reflection

Pro-Israel activists need a new powerful strategy, therefore associations and cultural centres must organise themselves for the upcoming battle: online and offline.
Israel has been fighting since its inception and it has always prevailed. This time it won't be different. The People of Israel deserves respect and, by God, it shall have it.

  2. Dr. Einat Wilf 'believes that, worldwide, people’s hearts and minds are being prepared for the destruction of Israel and that words like “occupation, racism, ethnic cleansing, apartheid and genocide” being used to describe Zionism is a way of stamping in people’s minds that Israel is evil and should be eradicated by means fair or foul.

“If historically, you look at the world’s greatest atrocities, they have been preceded by a preparation of people’s minds”, she says.'

She's right, so I join Max in saying Enough! to the world. Israel shall never fall with God's help!

  3. May you guys have a happy festival but I don't understand the need for you guys to play the victim all the time! Wanting a Palestinian state free of the Israeli occupation is not being anti-Semitic is just wanting others to have a nation too!

    1. We are not victims, although you guys wish we were, Celia. You missed the point of this post, as you always do. You guys can fight for a fake Palestinian state but just let us out of it then and when fighting for it have the balls to face what the fuck is wrong with the Arabs.
Thanks a lot for your wishes.

    2. Hi Celia :D!

      Thanks for your wishes.
Do we play the victim all the time, I thought those were the Arabs?
First of all, there's no occupation; so we don't accept that language. Second, if you guys really want a "Palestinian State" then be honest about the Arab-Israeli conflict and stop obsessing with Israel. By focusing solely on Israeli actions while ignoring the racism and incitement on the Arab side, your camp reveals its anti-Semitism and (in the case of leftist Jews) self-hatred.
What you guys are doing now is to validate terrorism and if the Arabs would ever get a state in that land, they'd do what they've always done (before we got there): let it rot.
It's lamentable that people like you reject history and the truth.

Celia, thank you for your comment :D.

I'm suspicious of the European court, what the hell was that? Their explanation didn't sit well with me, so I'd like to know your thoughts on it, if you wouldn't mind. Yeah, that attack in Pakistan broke my heart, those poor kids but you know what? Pakistan is as much to blame as the Taliban!

  10. Naftali Benett agrees with you. Yesterday at INSS he said that Europe's positions were due to Israel's apologetic stance. You both are right, enough is enough. But like Mr Looney said evil is still hungry and it will take a while before we defeat it for good, but by God we shall defeat it.

  11. Indeed I believe if your cultural roots are strong and the populace at large is self-aware and active, no country would attempt to subdue it and would tend to overlook minor differences. Maybe for sometime a country can be subdued but a spark or a strong leadership can change it all who believe in themselves and think about their country at large as it is happening in many countries across the world. Israel somewhere has to wake up from the slumber and improve its global communication and connectivity amongst nations and be assertive enough so that the world stands up and watch it.
