Portrait of a Maltese Knight - Caravaggio |
I refuse to be deceived by others; how about you?
There are three things that just won't work with me:
- Doublethink: to be conscious of absolute truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies
- Newspeak: controlled language used as a tool to limit freedom of thought and concepts [freedom, self-expression, individuality and peace] that represent a menace to one's regime/ideology
- Propaganda: dissemination of one-sided material intended for the least informed.
So, any politician trying to make me set historical evidence and facts aside just to join his/her cause will gain my disdain for a very long time.
The duplicity of the Arab League is not astonishing at all. But what is surprising is the way most of the world fell for it. In a time when European Parliaments are bent on passing non-binding motions to recognise a state that doesn't exist, I think the timing is perfect to remind the few informed politicians, and the world electorate, that the “Palestinian Cause” is the biggest lie of the 20th and 21st centuries.
"The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct 'Palestinian people' to oppose Zionism. For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa. While as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan." -- PLO executive leader Zahir Muhsein (31st of March 1977), interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw.
This is a remarkable confession; one that is documented, therefore it is considered a fact.
Science, research, police investigations, the judicial system and any rational individual rely on evidence, on facts, in order to be able to do their job and reach their goals. So what's going on in the political universe: are politicians doing like Real Madrid (that had the cross removed from its logo in order to receive funds from Abu Dhabi)?
If so, then any and every politician that is so inclined to pursue lies should be investigated, because if they are acting beyond the scope of their mandate, and lying to the electorate, then two inadmissible things are occurring:
- Corruption: some politicians are on someone's payroll to abuse their authority and pursue political objectives that fall outside the electoral programme for which voters elected them for.
- Hatred: the lowest of emotions. If politics is being done based on emotions rather than on public service, then the charlatan must be invited to relinquish his/her position. There's no room for emotions in politics.
The time has come to pick the right team and play.
European countries want to recognise a fabrication? Sit back and watch events unravel: ex officio.

Real Madrid sold the soul and the identity of the club for almost nothing, compared to what they make in jerseys alone! Is this what we have come to? Selling tradition and symbols to the Arabs in exchange for money?
ReplyDeletePalestine as an Arab country is the lie of the millennium! And if people don't want to take our word for it then at least listen to the members of the Palestinian leadership who keep saying that they as Palestinians never existed, they are one Arab people and they will never recognize or even accept the Jewish State and that's their struggle! But our leadership decided to fall for it and push for a lie, I guess they find the idea of a Jewish nation contemptible.
Hi Celeste :D!
DeleteYes, that's what we've come to.
So true, but it's easier for the west to keep the charade than going back and admit they've made a mistake (i.e. spending billions on a lie).
I don't think they find the idea of a Jewish state contemptible but I think they want to keep the Jews on their toes. The question is: will we continue to accept it: עד מתי?
Cêcê, thank you so much for your comment :D.
Cheers
Unfortunately Europe is selling herself to the Arabs. I think recognizing a state with no existing physical borders is a mistake, what are we recognizing exactly, an entity? Then let's not call it a state. And then I don't accept the double-standards of these politicians, we do not recognize Taiwan with a physical territory but we want to recognize a non-territory? Nonsense!
ReplyDeleteHi Jack :D!
DeleteThey are recognising a name, a delegitimising name, that's all. But you make a very good point: since when we recognise a state with no borders? That is going against the very definition of state, isn't it?
Indeed. But you know how it goes: we can't upset the Chinese, we can't upset the Arabs, but we can upset the Jews...
Jack, thank you so much for your comment :D
Cheers
France recognized Palestine today with 339 for and 151 against, what a glorious day!! Ok, Mr Zuheir may have confessed that but it doesn't matter cause what counts is the here and now!
ReplyDeleteSo if you lied in the past, today it doesn't count: so why the f*** do we make background checks on people and political candidates?
DeletePeople like you make me puke.
Celia, it's non-binding, meaning it means nothing! So what are you partying about?
Delete"Ok, Mr Zuheir may have confessed that but it doesn't matter cause what counts is the here and now!" - sure, I shit my pants an hour ago, I stink but that doesn't mean shit, I don't stink now cause that's one hour ago! Yeah, that makes so much sense, girl...
Hi Celia :D!
DeleteRemember: non-binding; meaning, useless motion. So, today lies are facts and uselessness is glorious; how marvellous.
Are you serious: a confession means nothing because it was made 37 years ago? I see...
Celia, I know you will come around one day. Thanks for your comment :D.
Cheers
I agree, it's time to probe every single bitch that votes for this type of thing cause if it's predicated on a lie then what the f*** are we doing? Plus, I didn't vote for my government to do such things and it will not advance peace at all. The Arabs are laughing at us, no wonder they feel at ease to demand RM to remove the cross from their logo, they know if they wave the dollars and tell the west roll, the west will roll and bark. Great job, Max!
ReplyDeleteHi Michael :D!
DeleteThat's the glory of it, in Europe politicians can do whatever they want after they are elected and no one will do a damn thing about it. I prefer America in that department: politicians in the campaign trail have to make their position regarding Israel clear and then voters will decide.
True.
Thank you, darling *bowing*.
Mike, thanks for your comment, man :D
Cheers
I wouldn't worry too much. They are going about systematically killing each other off and the oil market is speeding up the process of the entire Arab world's decline into old tribal ways and boundaries. If by recognising Palestine, the process can be speeded up, we should welcome that development.
ReplyDeleteHi Rummy :D!
DeleteHow would you reckon that recognising "Palestine" would speed up the Arab demise?
I welcome their demise, that's for sure and thank God oil prices are plunging...
Rummy, thank you so much for your comment :D.
Cheers
I have no doubts that Israel is hated and that's why they are doing this recognition, but I don't discard corruption either. If Abu Dhabi can buy the heart and soul of Real Madrid why not buy politicians'? Nothing should be discarded.
ReplyDeleteMr Rummuser is right about one thing, this type of step will cause the destruction of both the Arab world and Europe as well, so I say: go ahead! Cause people will get fed up one day, I am already I confess but can't do revolution alone.
Hi Pietr :D!
DeleteAgreed: nothing should be discarded.
Oh my God, you guys are planning a revolution? :)
Pietr, thank you so much for your comment, man :D.

"Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct 'Palestinian people' to oppose Zionism." - when are these bitches going to leave us alone? I mean, stop obsessing, will ya? They hate Jews so much that they invented a people, a nation, a tragedy but didn't invent a currency, a language, a dance or even competence to run the invented country! Sweden recognized Palestine: where's that government now?
ReplyDeleteHi Ana :D!
Delete"they invented a people, a nation, a tragedy but didn't invent a currency, a language, a dance or even competence to run the invented country!"
Good point.
Oh...Sweden is in the gutter now.
Ana, thank you so much for your comment, girl :D.
Cheers
Yep, Russia is teaching a lot of people a few good lessons like, international institutionalism failed and we are back into anarchy.
ReplyDeleteI agree Max, Europe is setting a bad precedent with these non-binding recognitions; not to mention the legitimization of terror and telling those guys you know what? You don't need to bargain, to negotiate, you just sit still and we'll give you a state, we are Europe we can do it! Dumb, dumb, dumb. Like you said, let's just sit and watch them fall one by one. Good job, little missy.
Hi Carl :D!
DeleteSo very true. Stay tuned, I'll be addressing that subject soon.
Yes, that's what Europe is doing. You know they will...
Thank you, my friend *bowing. And thanks for your comment :D
Cheers
WOW PLO confessed and Europe ignored it? Ok, Europe wants to destroy Israel, now I believe it!
ReplyDeleteI will continue to fight against the spread of lies and the destruction of the Jewish State. Israel can count on me!
Hi Leila :D!
DeleteYes, it did.
Thank you for your support and activism. And thanks for your comment, girl :D.
Cheers
And the problem is baring exception politicians round the world can be dyed in the same tint, which sometimes really bemuses me considering such diversity among people in the world, yet the political class speaks the same language everywhere and in all of it the common man in the street is taken for a ride. Consider the people who only want or desire is a better way of life and somehow the policy makers before taking any decisions that would benefit the society at large, first think about, how much benefit they themselves will get, and alas, that is the irony.
ReplyDeleteHi K :D!
DeleteIsn't it astonishing that despite the diversity they all speak the same political language and behave the same way? Talking about having a bunch of sheep running the world...
Exactly, we are electing these people to make our lives better and instead they are dealing with nonsense and lies (just to make a buck).
Ah, Kalyan...thank you so much for your comment, my friend :D.
Cheers
Hi Max,
ReplyDeleteIf there is no Palestinian state, then is there a Jordanian State? The same criteria apply: Jordan was formed from within the borders of land that was originally meant for the Jews, and the Jordanians are in the list of peoples that you mentioned above who are questionable, to say the least, in regards to their ethnic homogeneity.
So what about the legitimacy of the Jordanian State? What do you think? I'm not sure what I think.
Hi Newton,
DeleteTechnically, there's no Jordanian State (especially when it was part of the British Mandate to build a Jewish State in that territory); however, Jordan differs from "Palestine" in a sense that it hardly had anything apart from the small population that settled there, when the Saudi Family (the Hashemites) illegally received the land from the British, so the Hashemite King practically built that country from nothing.
"Palestine" is a different matter: (obvious facts aside) there was a small portion of nomads (Bedouins) and local Arabs who didn't own the land; and then what later became the majority of the Arab population living there immigrated from other Arab countries when the first Aliyot started; so neither are the"Palestinians" indigenous nor homogeneous.
As for ethnic homogeneity: Bedouins are an ethnic group, are they not? Jordan's main settlers when the King arrived there were Bedouins; would you say that they are homogeneous enough (though originally from Saudi Arabia)?
One question: Jordan is composed by over 60% of "Palestinians", should it be considered "Palestine" (if we apply the same criteria that "peace" advocates abide by when it comes to Israel)?
Newton, thank you so much for your outstanding comment :D.
Cheers
