The Salic Law, the Monarchy and the Japanese Imperial Family

Constitutional Democracies are proving themselves a failure – they were born due to the Monarchic corruption (only to give room to Democratic Corruption). Therefore, after a century of failed political experiments, the time has come to change things a bit: Direct Democratic Monarchies (i.e. a King/Queen as the head of State with the elected representatives of the People, chosen through direct plebiscite – no secret ballots that only give rise to rigged elections). This week, we are going to briefly discuss the Lex Salica (Salic Law).

What is the Salic Law?

Lex Salica is the principle of excluding women from inheriting thrones, fiefs and other property (regarding property and fiefs it must be said that this law is contrary to the Torah, as G-d commanded Women to inherit their father’s property – mainly in the absence of male offspring who were supposed to look after their sisters’ interests).

This principle couldn’t endure over time because it is a ridiculous tenet created based on envy and idiocy. Men over the ages always thought that a family’s lineage is protected through the male line but does this make any sense? No, because women are the ones guaranteeing the genetic lineage of any family. There is a saying in Portugal: my son’s children may or not be mine, but my daughter’s children are certainly mine. Of course, today with DNA testing it is much easier to determine the lineage of any child, but it doesn't avoid the emotional upheaval that such situations create along the way.

The Heirs to Lex Salica

Until recently, in most Monarchies around the world, women couldn’t inherit thrones which could create succession problems in the absence of males. Then, in some countries (like Japan) rules were designed to forbid Princesses from marrying Commoners otherwise they’d lose their title.

Again, given the fact that women are the only ones who truly guarantee the lineage of any family, all these rules are yet another proof that Men-made laws/rules are imperfect and counter-nature, meaning they will tend to complicate the lives of Humans instead of improving them.

England and Spain recently changed their law to allow Princesses to have access to the throne: which guarantees the survival of the Monarchy. The Scandinavian countries are more advanced in this regards and thus Royal Parents do not suffer from the pressure of having to have male heirs at any cost. Some Historian Gossipers hint at the French King Louis XIV and His brother, Prince Philippe I, being the fruit of Queen Anne (of Austria)’s relationship with King Louis XIII’s best friend – since Louis XIII was allegedly suffering from erectile dysfunction.

We don’t know whether the French gossip is true or not, and that is really not the point, but it goes to show the amount of pressure placed on Queens, and Princesses, to produce male heirs and to the extent they were willing to go to achieve that goal – often with the Church’s blessing.

Averting Royal Crises: the Japanese Imperial Family

The Nipponic Imperial Family is composed by 19 members. Out these only 5 are male – which include the 83 year old Emperor Akihito, who will abdicate next year in favour of his son, the Crown Prince Naruhito. And as more Princesses marry commoners the smaller the Japanese Royal Family gets.

The Diet (the Japanese Parliament) dictates the Succession Rules; meaning the future of the Japanese Imperial Family lies in the hands of Commoners who strip Princesses of their title once they marry one of their own. Does this make any sense?

  1. A political group must be created, in Japan, to save the Imperial Family. And to save them, this group needs to help the Imperial Family to regain Control.
  2. Princesses must not lose their title even if they marry with commoners – the Argument is very simple: who are they supposed to get married to? If we take the Japanese reality into account, by marrying Japanese nationals they at least keep their genetic makeup intact. If they start marrying Royals from Europe, for example, their Japanese ID will be in peril (because it's a known fact that having Europeans infiltrated in any society ends in perversion of the culture and traditions with their delusional sense of democratic superiority and arrogance). We all know how important it is for Japan to protect its national character.
  3. Stop punishing the Imperial Family for the sins committed during the WWII.
  4. The Diet is to become the direct representative of the Japanese People, with the Imperial Family as referees.

The current succession rules, in Nippon, are outdated and a sheer violation of the Royal Family’s Rights as humans:

In an effort to control the size of the imperial family, the law stipulates that only legitimate male descendants in the male line can be dynasts; that naishinnō (imperial princesses) and joō (princesses) lose their status as imperial family-members if they marry outside the imperial family; that shinnō (imperial princes), other than the crown prince, ō (princes), unmarried imperial princesses and princesses, and the widows of imperial princes and princes may, upon their own request or in the event of special circumstances, renounce their membership in the imperial family with approval of the Imperial House Council; and that the Emperor and other members of the imperial family may not adopt children. (Source)

Control the size of the Imperial Family? This reminds us of policies of Population Control, which is never good in humans. Punitive actions if they “Marry outside the Imperial Family”? Well, marrying cousins (time and time again) will only weaken the genetic pool of any family over time, so this policy should definitely be changed. Question: there are groups, in Japan, fighting and protesting for the rights of Whales and Dolphins…but who is protesting to protect the Human Rights of the Female Members of the Imperial Family?

Feminism is very unbecoming in women, but machismo is even less in men. Having said this, the Japanese Political Arena truly needs a purge to solve the current Succession Crisis and bring back the Glory of the Chrysanthemum Throne.

The Commoners vs Royal Hypocrisy

Royals haven’t always been royalty. Once upon a time, they were commoners (shepherds, farmers, blacksmiths etc) who were chosen as Kings for their integrity, wisdom, valour and ability to wage a battle and win. So, with all due respect, the Courts should just get lost and select the best commoners to marry into the Royalty – if it is to survive.

Sidebar comment: If I were a member of a Royal House, I wouldn’t allow my children to marry any member of a European Royal House – I mean, look at them as a whole – I would rather promote a union with a decent, well-brought up, commoner who would help advance the true Monarchic Cause.

Conclusion

Royal/Imperial Families are not Pop Stars – like the British Royal Family seems to be turning into – but they are not Mystical Creatures either (thus, they are to avoid being shrouded by higher levels of mystery than they really should lest they become detached from the People they serve).

The figure of a Royal Family is a serious affair as the entity represents History, Tradition, Conservativism and National Endurance. This doesn’t mean, however, that these families can’t evolve with times (and this includes the Ladies’ sense of style and professional duties) and it doesn’t mean that they can forget they sit on a privileged seat to serve their People’s interests and improve the quality of their lives either.

Japan should sort its problems out not to miss out on huge opportunities and see itself crushed by China for good.

Direct Democratic Monarchies are the political future.

  1. Good question, who protects these people's human rights?

  2. The whole concept of monarchy is ridiculous! No one is born with the birth given right to rule over a people, so I am a firm believer in democracy whether it is direct or representative that is a different matter to discuss!

  3. Human rights is only for illegal immigrants from Muslim countries be it African or not, didn't you know Max? Christians, Jews, Hindus, the conservative upper class and the monarchy can have their human rights violated everyday cause they are not popular. So nobody cares about what those girls from the Imperial family in Japan go through, nobody!

  4. Why the interest in Japan now? Japan never misses an opportunity to stab us in the back! India comes up with the excuse they have a lot of Indians working in Arabs countries, but what is Japan's excuse when they focus more in Africa? Or Africa is exactly the problem?
I only care about one Monarchy: the House of David! All the rest is made up garbage.

  5. All an excuse to put women down and the Japanese are very good at it. But you are right we have not been doing a good job protecting the human rights of those poor oppressed girls! Maybe it's their fault too?

    1. You were doing so well, Celia and then you had to mess it up. What do you mean it's their fault too?

  6. Why can't the Japanese marry other nationalities? Why must they marry Japanese only? Isn't it a bit racist? I'm not saying others aren't, I mean how long it took the British monarchy to bring color into their family? And the African kings don't marry white people either, so they are all racist; but how about changing things?
