Portugal's Security Issues, Brazil Blackmailed and the UN Violates the International Law

This week we will discuss three issues: Portugal has a Security Problem and a Sexual Scandal that may be related to it; Brazil’s future relationship with the Arab World; the Jerusalem issue and the International Law.

Portugal’s Security Problems

The Portuguese Counter-Terrorism Unit has been carrying out an investigation to Lisbon’s Subway due to a series of breakdowns that occurred around the same time (always in the morning) for three consecutive days, last month. The tube had already suffered an incident back in 2016, when there was an explosion at around 08:00 and the carriages were filled with smoke causing panic to passengers – both cases took place in the Green Line (Cais do Sodré-Telheiras). But what else has been happening in Portugal that has been taken lightly by both the Media and Politicians (given the Moderate Threat Level in Portugal)?

  • On the 24th of November 2016, a call to the 112 (the Portuguese 911) informed that an odd package had been left inside the Civil Registry Office building – it turned out to be a false bomb threat
  • On the 5th of May 2017, an anonymous call informed the police there was an old car laden with explosives that would go off in 30 minutes, in Largo do Carmo (in the heart of the Capital). The threat was diffused by the authorities.
  • On the 18th of March 2018, there was an explosion in a building, in Peniche (Leiria district), caused by a gas cylinder – there were other similar incidents around the country (we need to look at the ones involving between 2 and 5 people) that need to be related to the gas cylinder explosion, in a house in Alcanar (Barcelona), prior to the 2017 Barcelona Attacks carried out by Moroccan descendants.
  • On the 24th of May 2018, a bus rolled-over near the Lisbon Airport early in the morning. 30 people were aboard.
  • On the 29th of May 2018, a bus caught fire on the Lumiar Street, in Lisbon, at 05:50.
  • On the 14th of December 2018, a tram rolled-over at 18:07, in Lapa (Lisbon) – 3 days after the Strasbourg Shooting Attack. 30 people were aboard. A lot of mystery surrounds this particular case.

Needless to say there are no coincidences and the Portuguese authorities haven’t been transparent about these cases at all. Based on the intel DS has been collecting, it is safe to write that Portugal has officially become a Target – which was expected given the Immigration policies passed the Leftist Government against the sound recommendations of the Border Authorities (SEF), and given the excessive focus on drawing more and more Tourism and Foreign Investment to Portugal (which opened the doors to all sorts of opportunities – for example, investors from Lebanon, Iran and Angola [read our Angola Files] pose a huge Security Problem to the country).

NB: DS, among other things around the world, is studying an Iranian cell – with Pakistani support - right in the heart of Lisbon. All its members look similar and use the same MO. Women and children are also used. Cell-phone use is intense (and we all know what the Seals say about those who constantly use cell-phones in the streets).

Security Breach: The Portuguese Sex Scandal

A diplomat (Rui Baceira), stationed in Ramallah, was caught on camera (at the Portuguese Diplomatic Mission) having sex with a ‘Palestinian’ Secret Agent.

  • How much information did Mr Baceira pass on to the Arab Secret Agent, and what about exactly?
  • Did Mr Baceira influence the Portuguese Presidential Office’s decision regarding Jerusalem?
  • So even the PLO, an Islamic terror organisation, has homosexual honey traps? Are they only in Ramallah and Gaza or are they also in Lisbon, and other European Capitals?

Flirt and Sex have been used in espionage ever since intel gathering was born. – in Honey Trapping…(link)

This incident suggests that not only the Portuguese Foreign Office still lives in a Rosy World (for failing to issue a Plan of Action for Honey Trapping – even though it went to great lengths to issue one for Gender Equality [link, in Portuguese)) but mainly that the country may have been exposed to Terror Groups since the PLO’s network supports Global Jihad as we have shown Here, Here ,Here  and Here – all because of Hedonism.

Is Rui Baceira's case an isolated one or are there more? And how many Portuguese female diplomats sleep with ‘Palestinians’ or other Arabs Agents?

Brazil’s Relationship with the Arab World

“As previously stated during our campaign, we intend to transfer the Brazilian Embassy from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem. Israel is a sovereign state and we shall duly respect that,” - Jair Bolsonaro, the President-elect

The Arab World is not happy with this decision at all. Here are a couple of things that have been said:

  • “However, the situation of Israel is not normal, seeing that it is a country that has been occupying Palestinian territories by force - among them East Jerusalem,”  - Ahmed Aboul Gheit
  • “The Arab world has much respect for Brazil and we want not just to maintain relations but improve and diversify them. But the intention of moving the embassy to Jerusalem could harm them,” - Arab diplomat

President-Elect Jair Bolsonaro should not concede to Arab States’ blackmail. Moreover, their arguments are not valid according to the International Law. The United States of America recognised Jerusalem as the Capital of the Jewish State; it even relocated its embassy to the Jewish Capital: were the relations between the US and the Arab States harmed? Of course not; and we didn’t see the Arabs threatening Donald Trump in public anyway; so what makes them think that Brazil can be insulted and blackmailed this way in the open?

Fact: Arab States lost their standing. Oil is no longer a priority (and the US is also an oil exporter now and is much closer than the Middle East), so they are no longer in position to blackmail the free world. They need the US, Brazil, the UK and Europe for trade. For instance, are they going to stop buying food from Brazil? This country is on the Top 10 largest producers of Live Cattle – whose exports to the ME have jumped 73% - is the ME going to stop eating because of a righteous and legal Decision, one that complies with the Quran itself? Brazil has alternative markets...
The Arabs need to stop fretting about the obvious and focus more on producing their own food within their borders – something that can only be achieved once they associate themselves with Israel. Old formulas, old positions, no longer work; therefore, call it quits and step into the new era of true security and prosperity for all – not just for the Europeans (as their Treaties envision).

Jerusalem and the International Law

For those who refused to understand the Levy Report (prepared by a group of Israeli Legal experts); let’s briefly address the findings of Dr Jacques Gauthier (a Canadian Legal Scholar) who spent 20 years studying the legal question of whether Israel’s claim to Jerusalem, Samaria and Judea is valid under the International Law or not. And the verdict is: yes, it is and, in fact, the world is the one who violated the International Law.

"The U.N. resolution [that said declaring] all of Jerusalem the capital of Israel was in violation of international law (...) forms the basis of the 'international consensus' that keeps most of the countries that have diplomatic ties with Israel from moving their embassies back to Jerusalem.", but:

There is a problem with that consensus: it is a blatant violation of the international law on which it is supposedly based. – Dr Jacques Gauthier

Let’s be clear then: the international consensus that Israel is violating the international law means, in fact, that the whole international community is the one violating the International Law.

"Only a very small number of Security Council decisions are considered binding under international law. So my position is that Resolution 478 is not binding under international law,"Dr. Gauthier

"The Balfour Declaration is, no doubt, a very important moment (..), even if it has no legal validity. In 1917, there was no country named 'Palestine.' (..) Palestine was seen as the Holy Land for the Jews." – idem

“Faisal the Hashemite made it clear he would support the Jews' claim to Palestine” – idem

San Remo was the first time that the Jews' historical right to the Land of Israel was [legally – Ed] recognized. The powers that had all the authority recognized that historical connection. The only difference between Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria is that Israel, the Jewish state, has adopted its right to Jerusalem.” – idem

When the U.N. publishes resolutions referring to 'occupied Palestinian territories,' the term has no validity when it comes to international law, since these territories were never Palestinian. – idem

So, which other country will have the guts to end the charade and actually start abiding by the International Law? Which Judge will have the courage to be honest and loyal to the Law?

  1. A lot of information packed in one post. I'll comment by parts.

Portugal: from what I read she was part of Al-Andaluz so it's natural that in the last lag of the Jihadist Plan the bad guys would turn to her. Did the government's policies make a difference? Maybe they helped to accelerate the process but it would happen regardless given the Portuguese membership of the EU.
A diplomat being caught in a homosexual sex scandal is nothing new. Ask the French.

Brazil: if Present elect Bolsonaro falls for the Arab narrative then he will already have show himself weak and Brazil has no hope of change cause we need to think of the Tri-Border and it's about time someone holds the Arab camp responsible.

International Law and Jerusalem: now this was a surprise to me! So basically we have been lied to for decades? Time to change the narrative then!

    Excellent job, Max. Thanks!

  2. Let me guess, Portugal is ruled by leftists? May God help you guys!
So, resolution 478 is null? So what the fuck the Arabs and the commies are talking about? And why is the UN Secretary General repeating the same illegal shit for then? They all talk about the international law but they don't know the difference between the law and consensus! We are being governed by idiots!!!! May God help us all!

  3. What? I didn't hear of this sex scandal! So a diplomat was caught having sex with an Arab spy!!??? :O .... Yeah, how much information did the Tuga give up? This is grave!
Another question: if eventually there's a terror attack in Portugal, are the Portuguese capable of enduring the post-attack? Are they prepared? Cause the authorities by keeping things under wraps removes that capability from people!

Bolsonaro is being faced with reality now, so lets wait for his inauguration and see how he'll behave! But one thing is true: Brazil has a history of fearing the Arabs and taking money from them, hence the infiltration of Jihadists in Brazil, so will Bolsonaro be different?

Hallelujah!!!! "There is a problem with that consensus: it is a blatant violation of the international law on which it is supposedly based." eat that, António Guterres, Marcelo rebelo de Sousa, and the whole stupid, anti-Semitic lot!!!

  4. Slowly the world is losing credibility! But which of the politicians ruling countries will have the guts to rebut the pricks who keep repeating the same lies? Who will stand up and tell the UN Sec Gen Guterres "Hey, you are the one violating the international law, didn't you read the memo? Get your bloody facts straight, mate!"

  5. As the American's say: Portugal is in for a ride.
As for Brazil: President Bolsonaro needs to use a speech of strength otherwise the Arabs will continue to chew Brazil up. He also needs to organise an international team to start holding the Arab States accountable for the Security Threats that their Foreign Policy pose to other Sovereign States - President Trump and others should do the same. This would exert pressure on those states to change their obsolete stance. Lebanon should be interested the most to change her position.

It is only a matter of time for things to change regarding Israel, Jerusalem, Samaria and Judea ב"ה.

  6. And yet the world has the nerve to tell Putin his seizing Crimea is illegal! They don't have the moral standing to make such an accusation when they don't know what they're doing regarding Palestine and Israel!

    1. Putin's actions were and are illegal. The man is a lying psychopath, and if you cannot see that then you are lacking in cognitive ability. That does not excuse, or justify, some other illegal acts that may take place in other parts of the World

  7. You are back, Max! Nothing that I can say would add anything fruitful to what has already been said, so I can only commend you for a job well done! Ending the year in full!
