Ordinary persons may kill, such as in war, but they do not conduct campaigns of torture and death; unless they become radicalized. Being a Socialite...

…Is a hard knock life. There is a subtlety behind this attribute that has been unveiled to me just recently: men are never called socialites, only women are. If a man is called a socialite is because he is thought to be gay. The word “socialite” is a euphemism for futility, shallowness, smugness, otiosity, spoilage and incongruousness. It could be said that this is unfair; however socialites are the ones to blame for since they often offer that impression. For example, when giving away clothes to the poor many socialites display incongruence (bordering mockery): why give a Dior dress or Gucci shoes to a poor (in what occasion is this person going to wear them)? What does it mean to give Jean Paul Gaultier’s leather trousers to poor gypsies (when gypsy women do not wear trousers)? Whenever socialites do this type of “charity” they tell us that they don’t think. The conversation of socialites is quite limited as well (fooling us into thinking that they lack intelligence). B

“One…two Kitty is coming for you. Three…four better lock your door. Five…six grab your crucifix. Seven…eight gonna stay up late. Nine…ten Never Sleep Again!” Most girlies love Hello Kitty; which makes me think that perhaps I am the weirdest woman on earth. But I am not (there is worst out there) thus I decided to sit and analyse why Miss Hello gets to my wits so much, and I came to the conclusion that 3 things are hazardous in her: The silly flower she wears in her head The predilection for pink. The fact that she has no mouth. Wearing flowers in the hair looks beautiful and romantic in the movies; but in real life…bugs migrate from the flower to one’s hair, resulting into an itchy scalp (then if in the company of a love interest one can’t even scratch the head lest he thinks one has seborrhoea). Senior Vs Younger Politicians: Serving the People or Public Relations Stunt?

Youth is associated with taking risks, brazenness and hope; whereas, being a Senior is associated with wisdom, patience and faith. Who would people naturally vote for? In the past, the answer was clear; but today it is quite opaque because there are several factors involved. Nevertheless, one can’t deny today’s tendency to choose younger politicians, younger leaders – does this mean the world is devoid of wisdom, patience and faith or are we talking about something else?
